One of the world's biggest rock bands from the '70s is back for a special night in Durant. Following their Historical Farewell shows, Foreigner is booked for a show at the Choctaw Grand Theater. A Hall of Fame Band

Finally, in October 19, 2024, Foreigner was inducted to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Dua Lipa and Cher opened the ceremony singing before a medley of classic by Foreigner was performed. Sammy Hagar introduced the band and recognized their fans' persistence in demanding that the band deserves to be inducted into the list. With chart-topping hits from the '70s and '80s, the band had been pretty much eligible for over two decades already. 

"That's how good the songs are," Hagar said, as cited from WXXI News. "Who deserves this more than Foreigner?"

At the ceremony, Demi Lovator and Slash joined the band for a performance of "Feels Like the First Time", Hagar took "Hot Blooded", and Kelly Clarkson surprised the crowd with her rendition of "I Want to Know What Love Is" while the crowd bursted with energy as original band singer Lou Gramm joined in.
