On the 9th of August, America’s top rock band Chevelle will be playing at the Choctaw Casino & Resort. The band’s announcement of the tour in March 2025 includes 38 shows. Chevelle released a new single titled "Rabbit Hole (Cowards, Pt. 1)" in March and has the fans excited, wondering if there will be more new songs at the shows.

Chevelle will be supported on stage by two incredible bands from the hard rock scene, Asking Alexandria and Dead Poet Society.

Chevelle is an American rock band formed in Illinois in 1995. Since formation, the band has released nine albums and 29 singles, with some achieving the Gold and Platinum Certificates. Chevelle’s music style is known to be a mix of Hard Rock, Alternative Metal and nu-metal. The band gained its popularity from the second album “Wonder What’s Next”, and third album “This Type of Thinking (Could Do Us In)”. The memorable singles include “The Red”, “Send the Pain Below” and “Face the Floor”. Chevelle currently brings home 3 Millions Spotify listeners each month.

Asking Alexandria is a rock band from England, United Kingdom, formed in 2008. They have nine studio album releases to date and each album has progressed from various genres of rock and metal such as Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, Metalcore and Screamo. From the nine albums, Asking Alexandria released 41 singles in total with their notable Gold Certificate hits being “Moving On,” “I Won’t Give In,” “Into the Fire,” and “Alone in a Room”. The energetic nature of Asking Alexandria has placed them on stage with many of the top rock heavyweights such as We Came as Romans, Bury Tomorrow, Motörhead, Slayer and Slipknot. The band has three Million monthly listeners on Spotify alone with a global reach. 

The rock group Dead Poet Society, not related to the movie, is an American-based band which was formed in 2016. The band started their journey by self-producing and releasing four EPs from 2016 to 2020. The rock band signed up to music label Spinefarm Music Group in 2020 and released their debut album “-!-” the following year in 2021. Dead Poet Society’s second album “Fission” was released in 2024. Dead Poet Society’s popularity began in Mexico, thanks to an article released by Mexican blog Pepe Problemas. The article resulted in the band touring Mexico with Sputnik. Upon return, Dead Poet Society toured with Andrés in 2019 as a supporting act.
